Rosemary Lemon Garlic Salmon

Omg this is one of my favorite recipes in the world! And when sprouts had wild caught salmon on sale for $5.99 I had to make this recipe. Let’s just say it was so good Brandon’s brother, who doesn’t like “seafood” ate his entire serving!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pound Salmon
  • Olive Oil
  • Rosemary
  • Lemon
  • Garlic
  • Salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Oil down the salmon on both sides and heavily salt the entire fish. Then add an ample amount of rosemary (I like dried not fresh because I think it has much more flavor in it). Chop up fresh garlic and sprinkle on top. squeeze lemon on top (look out for seeds) and place into oven. Depending on thickness of fish cook for 10-15 min.
